These conditions are applied with fairness and good judgment.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Dental Hygienists (DH)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If an appointment is missed (without cancellation 24 hours in advance):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Flat fee of CHF 65.\u2013<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important note:<\/strong><br \/>\nThese fees are applied with common sense, particularly when a medical certificate, valid proof, or the patient\u2019s history is taken into account.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Dentists (MD)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Missed appointments (not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance) are billed based on the originally reserved duration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1st missed appointment:<\/strong> Billed for a minimum of 15 minutes<\/li>\n<li><strong>2nd missed appointment:<\/strong> Billed for a minimum of 30 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3rd missed appointment:<\/strong> Billed for at least 50% of the reserved time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Exceptions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>No fee is charged for appointments shorter than 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Application Period<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Missed appointments are considered within a <strong>2-year period<\/strong> to determine recurrence (1st, 2nd, or 3rd missed
