While our group of dental clinics demands the very best from its practitioners and employees, we are also committed to accompanying and supporting them through targeted training and further training measures.
Maintaining the technical and methodological skills of all our employees is one of Adent’s key strengths. Through Adent Academy, our employees benefit from in-house training courses perfectly organized by our Training Manager.
On a regular basis, our most highly qualified trainers, lecturers and specialists travel to conduct training sessions for all our dentists and dental hygienists.
In addition, all requests for external training from our staff will be considered to meet the various needs. Making newly-acquired knowledge available to patients and staff alike: this is a goal that Adent sets itself on a daily basis in order to maintain a quality of care at the cutting edge of new developments and trends in the profession.
Adent Study Club
The Adent Study Club offers our dentists, dental hygienists and dental assistants a friendly, interactive environment in which to discuss relevant, topical issues.
