Adent’s central organisation provides operational, administrative and HR support for clinics and locally deals with all operational clinical issues.

• Centralised responsibility for regulatory requirements, administration, IT, finance

We generally distinguish between the following situations:

• You own one or more clinics and have fully delegated patient care.
• You are a dentist about to organise your estate.
• You are a dentist and want to pursue your career with the support of a strong and diverse group while monetising the value of your practice now.

Depending on the circumstances, two scenarios may be considered :

1. Takeover of your clinic / practice

• Adent takes over your clinic / practice and makes the investments necessary to create a modern and pleasant clinical environment for employees and patients.
• We ask that you work in the Adent Clinic as an employee for a minimum of 2 years to ensure the smooth transition of your patients to Adent. We would be happy to keep you with us longer.

2. Transfer and take-over of your patient database by Adent

• Existing clinics near your current practice, or we open a new clinic nearby, but on a site with better visibility and advanced equipment.
• Ideally, we would like you to work as an employee in the Adent clinic for a minimum of 2 years to ensure the smooth transition of your patients. We would be happy to keep you with us longer.
